Mission and Vision

Registrar Mission
Registrars’ office is committed to providing students, faculty members and alumni, with the best service possible, on continuous basis, to support the University toward achieving its goals and mission.
Our concern rests mainly in keeping detailed and accurate records of all students’ information, and in responding to all record requests within the time frames set in our policy, while aiming to maintain service excellence in all our activities, in an efficient and effective manner. Keeping confidentiality and integrity of all educational and personal records is our utmost priority.
The Services provided by our office, range as follows: course registration, enrollment verification, classroom and final exam scheduling, online Grade-uploading, transcripts, Transfer course equivalence, certificate of graduation completion, graduate application processing, and diplomas, etc..
The registrars’ office will uphold, by working closely with other university departments, to provide students with an environment that encourages academic growth, support, and respect in our day to day activities and interactions, while observing a breast of advancements in the field to upgrade and refine services provided, keeping in mind the priority of the University and students needs.

The Registrar office, as maintained in its mission statement, will seek to provide the best service possible, by hunting state of the art technologies and processes that would improve day to day business conducted by the office, and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our procedures, in order to become leaders of excellence in our customer base service.Our vision would be highlighted upon reaching the below set values and goals:
