Academics

Academic Programs

The two year diploma degree programs offered by the American College of the Middle East (ACM) reflect the demand in the job market and relevant industries, best practices in applied higher education, and accreditation standards.
ACM academic programs will lead students to receive a Diploma degree, with the opportunity of further education towards bachelor degree.

ACM Learning Resources and Methodologies

ACM degrees are occupationally focused degrees which provide students with the needed practical and hands-on skills to work after graduation.  ACM learning methodologies will be enhanced by state-of-the-arts campus facilities which mirror the workplace environment. As equally important, ACM students will be equipped with life skills, communication skills, and character development skills.

We are committed to the “Learner Centered Approach” where “Learning” is a primary goal; and the student (the learner), at the center of the learning and education process. The learning process will focus on what is learned, what is practiced, in addition to what is taught.

In order to achieve the best delivery of our learning methodologies, ACM will ensure to provide its students with up-to-date resources to enhance the learning experience. ACM Learning practices and methodologies include, but are not limited to, Self learning; Learning by Doing; Hands-on Applications; Extracurricular Activities; Collaborative Learning; Service-based Learning; Internships; and Technology-based Learning.
