الأربعاء 25 يناير 2017- من الساعة 9 صباحا وحتى الساعة 11.30 ظهرا.

سيتم ارسال رسالة نصية لكل طالب تحتوي على التاريخ و الوقت المخصص لكل مجموعة.

ماذا يتوجب علي احضاره؟

• البطاقة المدنية الأصلية
• رقم لوحة السيارة المستخدمة خلال السنة الدراسية (سيارتين على الأكثر)

لماذا يتوجب علي حضور اللقاء التنويري؟ خلال اللقاء التنويري سوف يتم شرح معلومات مهمة تمهد الطالب للسنة الدراسية. سيتضمن الجدول:

• التصوير الفوري للحصول على الهوية الطلابية
• تسجيل السيارة للحصول على ملصق للدخول الى المواقف المخصصة للطلبة
• حضور جلسات للتعرف على قواعد و أنظمة الكلية بالإضافة الى التعرف على كيفية استخدام البريد الالكتروني الخاص بالكلية و الحصول على الجدول الدراسي
• الحصول على أوراق المكافاة الاجتماعية و التعهد الخاص بالكلية  والبعثات الداخلية

New Student Orientation for spring 2016-2017 semester

The American College of the Middle East would like to welcome all the new students for the Spring semester of the academic year 2016-2017.

When?

Wednesday January 25th 2017 from 9:00 am till 11.30 am

A message will be sent to each student with the appointed date and time for each group.

Where?

ACM building 3, you can park at Gate H1

What do I bring with me?

• The Original Civil ID
• License plate number for the car that you will use to enter the college parking area during the academic year (up to 2 cars)

Why shall I attend the orientation?

It’s important for you to attend the orientation since you will get essential l information to help you to have a smooth academic semester. The orientation schedule will cover the following:

• Taking a picture of you and receiving a student ID card
• Registering your car and receiving a car sticker (up to 2 cars)
• Attending sessions to help you familiarize with the College rules and regulations, learning how to use the College E-mail address, checking course schedule online, etc.
• Receiving important forms: PUC Allowance, College and PUC acknowledgments

When is the first day of Classes?

English Preparatory Program: Sunday 29, January 2017

Undergraduate Program: Sunday 29, January 2017

You are requested to attend individually and arrive on time.
